Vancouver with Baby

After 2 weeks of driving through The Rocky Mountains and exploring the natural wonders of the National Parks, we finally saw the urban skyline of Vancouver. We had planned 5 nights at the same place. Wow, that sounds like a bit of a rest in such an intensive trip. But does it? Well, resting is not something that we do while traveling – there is too much interesting to see and do. Ottawa – Montreal – 1000 Islands in a Week with Baby

After an 8 hour night flight, we landed in Toronto when the sun was already going down. A short, due to the jet lag, night and we hit the road again. To Ottawa. It was 7am. Canary Islands with a Toddler in November

November can be a wonderful time to catch the summer by its tail without leaving Europe. When it’s cold and rainy and the days are short at home, you can take off the bulky clothes, jump into the ocean and get some tan within a few flight hours reach, at the Canarian Islands. Well, you’ll most likely jump out of the ocean as quickly as in, as the water is not really relaxing but still warmer than in May and definitely not colder than the North Sea during the hottest period.
